Given the very different starting experiences (some of us were newbies while others had some /lots of experience with some of the tools) of those in the course, I think the delivery was great. Chats might be a good idea, but logistically might be a problem - although I do note that some of the other on-line courses did have one required real-time meeting. I think that having podcasts availible for readings would have been a really interesting option considering the nature of the course. Although I am not an auditory learner, having the option to try out one of the tools we are studying in a functional way would have been a great learning experience. Thanks for the great course.
